Pros

- Fully remote - Great WLB (truly unlimited PTO as people make good use of it and managers have never brought it up as an issue, directly or indirectly) - Great coworker - Good product and mission (company really cares about students and teachers) - Company tends to promote from within (contractor -> FT, beginner level -> directorship)

Cons

Minor, minor things like rare delayed response from coworkers because of remote working or people's PTO

Pros

-honestly wfh is the only pro i can really think of...

Cons

-very racist, especially upper management like directors, managers, vp's ESPECIALLY on the platform team -managers pick favorites, there is a lot of corrupted practices in promotions. if you look at a lot of leadership ppl, their career path jumps around so much (i.e. promoted every 5-8 months) and in a position that their experience does not match up with -a lot of microaggressions, racism, sexism, etc. Even when reported to HR "anonymously", you are exposed to all of leadership and then PICKED ON -inconsistency in practices in all aspects: product, careers, people, etc.
