Pros

A few snacks here and there in a clean and nicely managed office. Awesome mid to low level employees to network with. Excellent games pretend to work environment.

Cons

1.The company has no direction. 2.Its very wasteful and has poor management. 3.Everything operates in an ad-hoc manner with no true cohesion and sense of purpose. 4.Everyone wants to push themselves and friends ahead even in the face of incompetence and this is welcome by the "high-ups." 5.No planning for the future operations with no sense of foresight. 6.Detached from the reality of K-12 education and real classroom teaching processes. 7.Dependent on too many outside resources which do not always identify with the company's product. 8.The product is poorly developed with no emphasis on bench marking and comparison to similar technology. 9.Does not have the proper system architecture for an application which is riddled with media. 10.No employee information confidentiality. 11.No upward mobility unless being colorful, overly sociably or a yes person; so if one is reserved, this isn't the place. 12.Lots of mutiny in departments and work is allocated based of affinity. 13.Simply a waste of an organization and a place for friends and family to thrive with a sprinkle of coloring on a white cake made of white sugar. 14.Marked with Failure, lack of respect, lawlessness and abuse of the funded source. 15.Not the right culture of a corporate environment.

Pros

There are some talented and well-intentioned employees who genuinely want to do good work and improve the company. The organization uses tools like Salesforce that could drive strong insights and collaboration if implemented correctly.

Cons

The company is extremely disorganized at every level. There’s no clear structure or handoff between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, which causes duplicated work, confusion, and inconsistent communication. Salesforce is used, but it’s set up very poorly — no established nomenclature system, no data hygiene standards, and frequent duplicate accounts. Reports are unreliable because data entry practices vary widely across teams. Management does not take constructive feedback well. When employees offer thoughtful suggestions or point out inefficiencies, the response is often defensive rather than open or solution-oriented. This creates a culture where problems persist instead of being addressed. To make matters worse, when I submitted a professional two-week notice to allow for a smooth transition, the company chose to end my employment immediately rather than honoring that notice period. While this might be legally permissible, it reflects poorly on how leadership values professionalism and goodwill.

Pros

They pay people very well for never working.

Cons

Their main purpose is indoctrinating kids, not educating them.
