Pros

-Free lunch/dinner -Uber/Lyft stipend -Cool culture -Cell-phone stipend -Hyper-growth

Cons

Terrible place to work for if you're in business development. HR never took any complaints about management misconduct and harassment seriously. There was a lot of micro-management that led to burnout and hatred of the company. You will feel agitated upon start and can tell that it is hostile. If you're not in your seat by 8AM you will get in trouble.

Pros

The people are the best part - hard working, smart, talented, driven, collaborative and friendly. Total compensation and benefits are very competitive with the industry. Good growth opportunities. While there are challenges within the company, it does seem that leadership is receptive to feedback, wants to do right by their employees and cares about their wellbeing.

Cons

Lack of faith in leadership / executives. Frequent fire drills and high employee turnover. Very reactive environment vs. proactive. Inefficient processes, hard to get things done. Many people do not seem happy; lots of frustration.

Pros

- Interesting and powerful product to work on - Generally solid community of coworkers

Cons

- Leadership from the director level and higher is aimless, can't commit to a product vision and the employees on the ground suffer from the leadership's politics and infighting - Employees are overworked relative to their pay. Culture and work/life balance is steadily declining
