Great Coworkers But Company Culture Has Changed Significantly

- Some of the best coworkers I've worked with - Pay is decent - Amplitude is positioned well in the industry - Nice office (HQ) - Solid Benefits + Perks - Never had an issue taking PTO

Cons

- Company culture has changed drastically since starting in 2021 - "Revolving Door" of C-suite executives - Company seems to be in "survival mode" so there is always the looming threat of layoffs - Concerns of employees don't seem to be addressed as regularly as before - Office politics impacting cohesion amongst certain teams - No 401K match
