-Truely focused on partnering with client and the patient is always the center of what we do (alot of companies say this - Amplity lives this) - Dynamic company, great oppotunity to dual career path; opportunity to develop skills outside of traditional "big pharma box"; -Expertise in Medical Affairs (MSL, Diagnosis Liaisons, Clinical Trial Liaisons) -Long term relationships with our clients. We bring top talent that the client often wants to internalize -Expertise in rare disease teams - we have the gold standard for Diagnosis Liaison teams

At Amplity, you are part of a team. You are not stuck on an island alone, but instead you collaborate with talented individuals who all have the same goal, and that is to help our clients the right way, the first time.

Cons

The business is growing, and with that comes growing pains. We can be a bit unorganized, but we are working on that with our new Management Software tool.
