True partnership with our clients and collaboration across our internal teams. We always take a team approach and support one another every step of the way. It's a company dedicated to career development and partnership.

Cons

Transitioning to a "new" company comes with a fair amount of ambiguity, but we're working through the kinks! I'm lucky to be on a project at Amplity Health from the ground up!

Pros

Culture, strong leadership, and career mobility come to mind. Leadership is genuinely concerned about my well-being and they are constantly investing in my growth. My division is adding new members even during the COVID-19 interruption and senior members are getting promoted into new roles.

Cons

No cons at this point, since I am new its hard to give a full assessment. As a field-based employee, you do feel somewhat disconnected from the other divisions and HQ employees. The company has recently put together a monthly newsletter which does address the issue.
