- Reasonable initial compensation. - Some talented individual contributors. - Clients and their projects are fun and engaging.

Cons

- Little opportunity for advancement. - Frequent RIFs and layoffs. - Poor senior leadership (especially in CX, but also throughout the C-suite) - Private equity ownership. - Expectations for excessive weekly hours logged. - "Unlimited PTO" offered, but discouraged from being used. - No regular process for merit-based pay increases. - Incentive compensation structure makes bonuses nearly unachievable. - Mandatory company-wide meetings held outside of business hours. - Constant churn of new processes, workflows, and an overabundance of request forms create unnavigable, unnecessary bureaucracy.
