Pros

People are fake nice. It will look like HR is "investigating" issues. Company "seems" like it is moving into this century. Work load is light until someone procrastinates and then the work ends up on your lap - this is for all departments. A cushy job if you're at the end of your career.

Cons

Where to begin....I was harassed for a year and the company knew that this employee had a pattenof this behavior to the point of making employees quit. HR did an “investigstion” but ultimately said that nothing would happen bc the employee was a "legacy" employee. Fast forward to other employees that have also been harassed getting reprimanded by HR for unrelated things out of nowhere because of fear of retaliation for the company not addressing the cancerous employee. There is also no room for growth in this company, employees stay past their 90's. Pay is below average and annual raises are a joke. Bonues are also a joke. This company is where good employees and career progress go to die.

Pros

- Most of the implementation department is amicable, young, and intelligent - Work/life balance is positive

Cons

- Low wages compared to market - Micro management which translates to little trust in employees to excel on their own - Top-down communication is poor and oftentimes rules will pop up out of nowhere without a dialogue - Company is more interested in tenure and loyalty than merit or a desire to improve -No 401k match - Opportunities and benefits mentioned in interviews are simply not true - Anti-hybrid work model, even though 80+% of job is online - Social events used in place of financial benefits - Poor employee retention and negative sentiment overall within department
