Pros

Great people, tolerable pay, free/reduced train travel if you can spare the time. 401k match is stupendous @ 7%. Resiliency and flexibility are necessary for survival

Cons

What's a bonus...received payout 1 time in 4 years and it was only partial. Can't manage their financials and directives to do so ignored by siloed departments. Little to no professional development, decisions made by guts vs hard facts. It's always a dire financial outlook. CYA is a mantra

Pros

Seriously, none that I can think of.

Cons

An awful place to work, low morale, dreary offices, outdated office equipment, a joke of an IT department, catty co-workers, lots of lazy lifers who just show up each day counting down to retirement. Compensation is a joke - forget about raises. It's got all the cons of working a government job - like low pay - but none of the perks.

Pros

Some of the benefits package

Cons

Not with the current trends of remote working. Expect you to commute to headquarters in the most expensive city in the nation when job can be done remotely a majority of the time. Will spend $500 in labor time to chase $5 on an expense report.
