      Pros

      This was the worst company I have ever worked for, there was only one good manager out of a host of 15. The staff and management are terrible.

      Cons

      There is zero concept of work/life balance at this company. The nepotism runs deep and the people are some of the worst humans I have ever interacted with, let alone had to figure out how to work with.

      Cons

      Senior management changes policies constantly. No consistency in policy. Constant negative reinforcement and focus on what you didn’t do, never what you did well. Favoritism for employees they deem “special” Zero training. People are quitting and the remaining employees are left to handle a obscene amount of work. In order to get ahead one is expected to be available to the company 24/7.
