Pros
A great job if you're single, or like to travel. The benefits are decent, as is the pay depending on the city you live in.
Cons
Union rules apply, so upward growth is non-existant. Unsafe rails makes for unsafe work. They have to keep terrible employees because of the Union, but do.nothing to reward the good employees. There's a debit system that requires the employee to pay the company at retail price for any missing stock so you often have to pay in order to work there. There is no electronic way to.count your stock, all food is inventoried through paper lists and meal tickets. If you lose one of those you end up paying retail price. The crews are hardened people who don't like new people, so be prepared to be ignored, cussed at, abused, and blamed for anything that happens.
