      Pros

      They are seeking for new talent and this will change the current mindset of the current "railroad mindset".

      Cons

      The company needs to encourage professional development across the company. There is a disconnect in what professionalism is.

      Pros

      Interesting work, good co-workers, good location, free coffee, acheivement compensation, I can not come up with any more pros to meet the 20 word minimum

      Cons

      low low pay, micro managing, verh high expectations, biased feelings of employees, work hard gets you where, watch those who don't work hard acheive, Work place bullying.

      Pros

      Job Security, benefits, as an employee ability to travel the rail at no expense.

      Cons

      An extremely political environment that does not grasp IT. A generic IT company that feels like something from the 90s. Personal growth is not dependent on ability to deliver.
