      Pros

      People are good for the most part. I like the free food. The travel is nice as well. The bonus at the end of the year is good as well

      Cons

      Amount of travel. condition of bathrooms is not great. Train politics exists. If u like a company where sucking up gets you ahead then this the place for you.

      Rapidly changing environment as passenger rail comes out of the freight and into the modern world with accountability, policies and new technologies.

      Cons

      Very eastern oriented, needing to reapply for your job when management or structures change can be very stressful. Perceived as a way to promote friends into management.

      Pros

      The pay rate allows me to have a job that actually pays a living wage. The atmosphere is very friendly and family orientated.

      Cons

      The time you spend away from home can be a burden, but if you can stay prepared it can be worked out.
