      Every job has their pros and cons, Amtrak has more pros than cons in my opinion. wages are great for the work that we actually do. Management could be better of course, but they try to work with you. Coworkers could be less lazy but well it is a union job.

      Seniority based, lower seniority may get bumped out of positions and overtime hours.
