Really poor culture. No one knew what was going on. When I was there, I worked in corporate accounting. The team was mismanaged. I worked with a disgruntled middle aged man who didn't really know how to think out of the box. Furthermore the team leader was poor as well. She was supposed to set up 1:1s with new employees on a monthly basis to see how I was doing - but she never did. You would ask questions - they would get mad. One time they had the audacity to give feedback - after I decided to quit. At that point, I dont care what people at a failing business have to say.

Their work from home policy is a joke. it varies from dept to dept. So if your management structure loves coming into the office.. you will be forced to come in too for no reason at all... while other depts rarely come in or not at all. its applied unevenly. Every department seems to work in disorganization and chaos. Some times there's no rhyme or reason to what they do. Training is all but non existent. 5% of your salary will go to railroad retirement...in addition to any money to allot for 401K
