      Pros

      Pay, benefits, union protection but the union is fighting with one arm tied behind its back after 40 years of crony capitalism dismantling labor protections

      Cons

      I worked out of NYC and they don't pay anywhere near enough to live close to work so I spent 20-30 hours a week traveling to and from work. They say they don't tell you where to live... except every other week when you get paid. Also, nights weekends and holidays and possible decades of being on call will ensure you'll never have a social life, marriage fail and children never see their parents .

      Pros

      Benefits are great but I'm sure that will change. As the unions have no power and Is being bought under the table.

      Cons

      Everything else, the management team has destroyed the company and blames the union employees for it's faults. However the unions have no real strength at all so how is this even possible? No sick leave no attachment to the employees at all anymore. If you have a family this job is not for you as they don't care about anything you may need adjusted to help you out.

      nepotism & cronyism is rampant. corruption in every area of the company. (including oig)
