Pay, nothing else abosolutly nothing.
Cons
Company activly looks for and invents reasons to harass the hardworking employees, while the ones that should be fired are prometed or kept around because of affirmative action. Hard work and thinking outside the box is discurraged. Managers spend more time inflating their efo than actually managing. Company policies and union agreements only apply when it benefits the company not the employee, and if you dont like it quit.
