      Nice work environment. The people are nice.

      Low pay My job could easily be a fully work from home position. My work is all is computer based. Very defined processes with no collaboration needed. Yet, we are required to come into the office 3 days a week. They like to toot the very diverse work environment horn. However very diverse in the lower paying non leadership roles. Leadership is all white male. Skimpy tuition reimbursement policy. Only $1500 a year. I received a degree pretty much all paid for by a previous employer because of a generous plan.

      Beautiful office spaces Easy to use management system

      Cons

      As many others have said, incompetent management. No work life balance — way too much work, each person does the work of at least 3 people. Regular overtime is just expected (no additional pay). Upper Management doesn’t care when you voice concerns or have problems to discuss, gets ignored and/or falls on deaf ears. Nepotism is definitely an issue. Expected to handle calls and emails when out of the office on vacation, no solid coverage when out of office. Expensive benefits.

      System challenges requiring a lot of manual intervention, corporate process can be limiting, you often need to develop your own solutions within limited framework.
