      Structurally speaking, I have never worked for a better run company. Ever since I had to leave (health reasons) this company has received yet another investment of private capital, which speaks volumes of Mr. DeCarlo and his entire management team. From my perspective, AmWINS was the most innovative, forward-thinking company in the industry

      Pros

      Pay was okay, but raises are VERY infrequent. Benefits were excellent. Office is state of the art.

      Cons

      Supervision is oppressive, goals seem to be lacking. Instead of pleasing their agents they are trying to please the money people in North Carolina.
