Pros

This company really has the potential to continue being a true disrupter and innovator within their industry. It has a great culture and wonderful executive leadership. I've witnessed the company mature and grow technologically in countless ways. I also find the work both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

Management can be reluctant or resistant two new approaches when solving large-scale challenges. At times, it seems as though there is no clearly defined plan of attack for large initiatives.

It can be difficult to shut down after hours, due to the fast paced nature of the businsss and employees.
