Pros

Good pay, good people to work with. There are bonuses if you take advantage of them. Holiday time is pretty good.

Cons

Very high stress level. Incredibly high stress level in the fall. Upper management isn’t in the loop very much. You will have a team, but they may not communicate.

Pros

Relaxed work environment. Flexibility to work from home. No micromanagement. Great benefits. Well respected company that leverages it’s brand to get the best. Not a “corporate style” management team. They really do care about you and what they can do to make your job easier and more productive. They are keeping themselves up to date with technology and are an MGA that is keeping with the times for their business model.

Cons

There aren’t really any. Being happy with your day to day work life goes a long way to sweeping any cons aside.

Pros

A few co-workers were friendly. Not many. The casual attire was also a plus.

Cons

Redondo Beach office is extremely awful. There is so much favoritism and back stabbing. Management is especially back stabby. If you can somehow emulate someone in management, you will be successful. They are driven by flattery and nepotism and not hard work. HR is not even there to advocate for the employees. They turn a blind eye to abuse and even gossip to management to devise a plan to push out any employee who challenges them. It's a matter of time before there is a harassment lawsuit or wrongful termination.
