      Great culture focused on shared success and relationships. History of promotions from within and investing in professional development and employee training.

      Cons

      While there are many benefits to working at AmWINS, you will most likely not command as high a salary at AmWINS as you would in the open marketplace. The compensations of culture and flexibility are enough to outweigh salary disparities for me, but not everyone feels that way.
