AmWINS is an organization that thrives on effective engagement, communication and accountability and collaborative efforts exist between all levels of the organization on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. We value feedback from all employees, either in-person or anonymously through our annual employee survey. Thanks to this feedback we have made investments in career development, infrastructure, new employee training.
