A better way for AmWINS Access

Pros

Change is constant at AmWINS. positions are eliminated frequently. They try to reassign you to another position versus laying you off, which is fantastic. AmWINS Group prefers to help their employees keep a job. The corporate office truly tries to live by the "A better way" philosophy. AmWINS Group is a great place to work.

Cons

There are many cons that I will not go into, but the main issue is communication from administrative management.

We value communication so highly that more than half of the questions on our annual employee survey solicit feedback on how well we are communicating across the firm – both on a local and corporate level. If you don’t think we are doing a good job within Access of sharing information, please let us know.
