      Micro managing, will short you on your bonuses and raises, raises are non existent to very little, a lot of nepotism

      Opportunities for growth are available. The knowledge pool from brokers is extensive. The job environment here is competitive and hard-paced. If you enjoy working under pressure and thrive in handling multiple tasks at once, you will enjoy it here,

      Cons

      From my experience, the company is not competitive in salaries compared to its competitors and other companies in the industry. The company`s claim to promote diversity and inclusivity is false. They cater to the toxic corporate norms which ask you to fit the mold and hide any parts of yourself that do not align with the. heteronormative narrative.

      I used to THINK there were Pros of working here but not anymore

      Cons

      I used to think amwins had great culture until I realized they bribe employees with food & raffles to brush off the fact the pay is MEDIOCRE . Nobody can really live off the pay they provide.. The cost of living is so high that even if you work a Level 5 Job you have to have a side hustle or 2nd job. It's really sad because the company knows they can pay more . Instead of free unhealthy meals all the time they could provide better pay. Take away $5 towards foodsby delivery everyday & give people better pay .
