      Customers and companies reps were pleasant

      Cons

      It was like being in high school! So many clicks and flirting going on and if you are not part of the “in” group they will push you out. Not interested in ethical practices and things were swept under the rug.

      Pros

      Good pay and bonuses, but that will entirely depend on the broker(s) you work for.

      Cons

      Little room for mistakes, no training provided to avoid future mistakes, and overworked (75 hours a week is regular). They run the place like a frat house.

      Pros

      The company has done a nice job of being supportive and flexible during the pandemic, allowing people to work from home, and not putting too much pressure on employees to return to the office right away.

      Cons

      Company’s aggressive expansion efforts are hard to keep up with. Constant changes to products, programs, and technology. The insurance market is turbulent enough as it is. Training could be greatly improved . Everyone seems to get a completely different experience. The environment between producers is extremely competitive. Production Underwriters are hired and fired constantly. There seems to be little oversight in how office managers lead with empathy. Some offices are happy and comfortable, others are miserable. The Executive level is seriously lacking in diversity.
