      Pros

      Great benefits and PTO. Paid holidays. Holiday party. Good coworkers. Option to work from home. Middle management is great. Issues resolved quickly

      Cons

      Management. Lack of communication. Employees aren't treated like they matter. Lowest company morale for any company I've ever worked for. No employee appreciation

      The Claims Dept is a NIGHTMARE!

      Pros

      The pros...they're close to home and the building is really nice--free workout facilities and a free parking garage. The benefits are decent, and the pay is competitive.

      Cons

      This place is very unorganized. Claims are mishandled and no one knows what they're doing. There is absolutely no training, you're just given a caseload and told to "do it". Add to that, a chef claims officer who is bully and you have the recipe for chaos. Turnover is extremely high and there's really no future for this place unless management does something about the circus environment that currently exists in the office.

      Pros

      Great Salary and Benefits. Oh and there is free baseball tickets.

      Cons

      If you are not in the family , you will not move up in this company at all. The IT Department lacks good leadership. The New CIO talks the good talk, but only hires employees from BOA. This place has nothing but butt-kissers in management. Do not work here if you go against the grain and speak up for yourself. There is no diversity in management at all, with an all-white management staff it makes me wonder do they really want to give people a chance.
