      Pros

      Have some but not comparable to others to make this a good place to work

      Cons

      Many team leads severely lack leadership skills. Management does not address the shortcomings or make much needed changes is the brokers are producing revenue. Meanwhile good employees are treated horribly and have to just take it or leave.

      Pros

      Everything depends on your team. You will either love it or hate it.

      Cons

      Benefits are great if you're sick, otherwise it's very expensive. If you are a female, plan on making 20-40% less than a man with half the experience you have. Like others have said, you will be sexually harassed in the office on multiple occasions, but HR will let it slide and never do anything to the perpetrator.
