Amyx has a good vibe to the office. There's a lot of work to do since the company has been growing so rapidly in recent years, but people in the headquarters genuinely like each other. There's a "gang-tackling" approach to problem solving here which gets everyone involved and creates buy-in on all major decisions. The company has really grown up in recent years, both in size and in operational maturity. The revenue and staff growth have created career opportunities inside the company and have also forced a move to a larger, more modern office. The benefits package is good and even in the Low Price Technically Acceptable era of government contracting, Amyx has made a point of adding at least one new employee benefit annually. Amyx believes in compensating everyone fairly for their work and pays bonuses to employees at all levels of the company at the end of year based on their contribution to growth. The strongest endorsement I can give the company is this: I dragged a friend in after I'd only been here 6 months. It's a good place to be.

My time at Amyx was amazing - the work was interesting and the teams were well-recognized. The pay was definitely fair. And the leadership of the organization is helping it grow.
