Pros

Great company with decent benefits and good management. Leadership is good and mid level management is flexable and very understanding.

Cons

I wish they offered military leave for individuals who are in the Guard or Reserves and sometimes there rates are not very competitive with industry standards in my opinion

Pros

Healthcare coverage is not too expensive and offers low deductibles and/or co-pays Government holidays are paid days off so you don't have to burn vacation time

Cons

Geographically separated from management, minimal discussions with leadership and no real support, clients lack of trust in ability to complete job, job not as advertised, no understanding and knowledge of job functions and role, 401k company match low, salary low for the area, management does not have clear vision and knowledge of local job market, no real networking and career advancement outside of DC area, paid vacation time is also below average
