ADI has gone down the drain in the past few years. They have added more and more management, while cutting engineering. They blindly listen to leadership putting their eggs in one basket causing a lot of failure with making successful products. Only 20% of the target bonus has been delivered in the past few years while the C-Suite continues to get multimillion dollar bonuses. Promotions with no raises, and no clear path to growth.

Quality down , wilmington is set up to Fail constaint re'org since Merge. A VACCINE mandate came at perfect time lost alot of great workers and shamed publicly others not having to pay severance always a talk of money how much was saved with terminations

People get sick & miss work. The revolving c calendar is REALLY REALLY bad and is a tool to terminate GOOD people because they have sick children or family member.
