This place has an amazing culture which delivers against its values. I've been here about a month, and so far the people have been exceptionally welcoming and professional, the products are genuinely market-leading and add huge value for our customers, and I am so excited to be part of the journey Anaplan is on.

Cons

Yet to find any! I am sure as I get ramped there will be smaller challenges around resource, processes, etc. but I'd argue that will be true of any software business.

Anaplan has become a sinking ship, trying to cost cut, nickel and dime their customers. License and workspace reporting continues to drag far behind their competition with no signs of ever aligning to their contracts. Anaplan has an abundant lack of leadership, culture of blame, and has lost their competitive edge that can never be recovered. I recommend any other planning software. The future of Anaplan appears as trying to blindside their customers with surprise charges from their poorly thought designed revenue schemes.
