Market maker and disruptor. The vision, technology, energy and pace is incredible and Anaplan is set to define a new category. Great customers - Customers love and sing songs about their product. Have you seen this lately in enterprise software? Collaborative and transparent culture - As a person who worked for big companies, this is huge as it helps me strategize, align and deliver while not getting slowed down by "the process".

I left a very stable job, at a very large stable company. And don't get me wrong. I was very very happy there. The pros to Anaplan are endless, but let me start with a few: - GREAT senior management. If you do a Google search on them, all of management has "been there, done that" from great companies past. How could you ask for a better leadership team? - Small company means you can do MORE, and get bothered less :) - Small company means you can think outside the box, and make measurable mistakes, and genuinely learn from them - The energy! It's incredible. Everyone is so passionate about what they are doing at Anaplan. The vision in their own line of work matches the vision Anaplan has. - Flexible work environment. Avoid commutes, take a long lunch, get your hair done. Finish up work at home. As long as your work gets done. - No micromanagers. There is nothing I hate more than a micromanager. And there are none here (that I've come across yet).
