Ever since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo, everything has gone downhill. Management is so beyond negative and toxic and has no regard for employees and their mental health. You’re constantly being put down on group calls and called out. I’ve worked at many places, and this is hands down the worst culture I’ve ever been apart of. They’re also forcing employees to return to the office at least 2 days a week if they live within 50 miles, but have offered no benefits for this (no free parking, lunch, gas reimbursement, etc.) CEO believes remote work is not the answer, so instead thinks that forcing employees to the office is the answer. All I can say is do not work here if you care about your mental health and happiness.

If you don't like fast-paced environments with an all-hands-on-deck approach, this is likely not the place for you. Decisions are made quickly and driven by profitability but not in a bad way - instead in a very business-savvy way. However you have to be someone who enjoys that challenge in order to be happy. It can be overwhelming at times to prioritize what is most important so you have to be able to use your voice here to say what you need to succeed.
