      Pros

      Some of the people are extremely talented, the office is great.

      Cons

      New leadership gutted the company, so many people left or made redundant. Culture non existent. Only bothered about cash not customers or people, perks and bonus slashed. Nobody has any idea on plans it’s all just a mess Diversity used to be great at senior level, now the opposite Want a career? Go somewhere else Want a good vibe, great benefits, great leaders? Go somewhere else Just check out LinkedIn and see the amount of people who left since thoma bravo took over.
