      Good healthcare benefits unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Company is making cuts all over the place to increase earnings. What was once a great culture with amazing and talented people has now been decimated. So much talent is walking out the door and they don't do enough promoting/hiring internally so there isn't a career path for most people.

      I've had the privilege of connecting with some truly remarkable colleagues during my time at this company, and it was an honor to be part of such a dynamic team. However, following the TB acquisition, there have been notable shifts in the internal environment, coupled with heightened operational pressures. I would advise potential candidates to carefully consider their decision before joining.

      Cons

      The management practices have become less transparent, with little to no regard for the mental and physical well-being of employees across various levels, irrespective of their performance. There is a noticeable lack of transparency from middle management. Previously, Anaplan was renowned for its product-centric approach. However, post the TB acquisition, there has been a shift towards workforce reduction as primary drivers. Employees consistently face heightened expectations, often without commensurate recognition for their efforts.
