      - Great Leadership - I've got great coworkers and a great boss. - Everyone is very unselfish when it comes to helping others out - Unlimited vacation days. - Great location, and we're finally moving into the big office we deserve!

      Cons

      - Onboarding process could be more developed, but it's expected for such a young company - Insurance could be a bit better

      Superior, best in class solution and platform; experienced, world class senior management and field personnel; dynamic, fast paced operational tempo; from a sales perspective, excellent market validation and demand.

      Cons

      In aggressive growth mode, and from a field sales perspective, our inbound demand is outpacing our current personnel. A unique and good problem to have, by the way. So, we are hiring/growing, so there is the expected and necessary change of ownership in terms of accounts and associated regions, etc.
