      Pros

      -A product that is great to sell and never gets tired of talking about -An environment where you can learn from everyone around you -The opportunity to hands on in many different projects learn what you like/don't like and potential to have company wide goals across different departments -Transparent, Fast growing, no micro management, get your work done- work hard / play hard mentality

      Cons

      -Natural trades of the start up culture. -Small/remote space--> looking forward to the big move! -Very complex technology can be hard to grasp but training/new hire tracks are a high priority, work in progress!

      Pros

      Technology is absolutely the best on the market, we're growing very quickly, and we haven't even scratched the surface yet. The market for Anaplan is huge. The energy is incredible and the people are great - everyone is really cool, smart, hardworking, and very passionate about what we're doing here. I would and have recommended Anaplan to friends.

      Cons

      Not much to be honest. Everyone works hard and there's always a lot to do - sometimes people can get busy and you might not have their attention.

      Pros

      We work with a great team and everyone wants to win at Anaplan. The product rocks and actually solves real problems that all companies have. It's a really fun work environment and while we are focused on hard work - we have a lot of fun together.

      Cons

      Not too many Cons to be fair. We work hard but it's totally worth it bc we are making a huge difference to our customers and users.
