      Pros

      Saw them build a great team culture up to IPO until going private again

      Cons

      Since re privatisation everything seems acidic. Luckily I jumped ship of my own accord.

      It is observed that the company's focus seems to be primarily on sales with little to no regard for employee development, well-being, or fair compensation. There are instances of long hours with no compensation and teams being downsized abruptly. Despite management's efforts to conceal high turnover, it remains a persistent issue. Additionally, there seems to be a trend of replacing senior employees with more junior ones, which can result in challenges and difficulties for less experienced staff. Appears that HR is publishing positive reviews for the GTM team, which is concerning and indicative of a company in decline. If you are contemplating joining the GTM organization, I would advise you to think twice before proceeding.

      Private Equity is killing the company

      Pros

      The people in Anaplan are great, everyone is helpful and tries his best.

      Cons

      Since the company was acquired by PE, the management has completely destroyed the work culture and is removing benefits, working from home and outsourcing to India. Additionally, it is a company where it is hard to grow as there is no official mentorship program or career progression path. After 1 year my learning curve has flattened. Given the current trend of events and the 7% layoffs of January, I would discourage people from joining
