Anaplan offers an outstanding product with strong market recognition and technical excellence. There are many brilliant and inspiring colleagues across the organization. Unfortunately, most of them don’t stay long – the toxic environment drives good people away.
Cons
The local leadership in Germany is disrespectful, hierarchical, and thrives on micro-management and control. There's a complete lack of psychological safety. Gossiping about colleagues is normalized – even in group settings. Employees are pitted against each other instead of being supported. Several team members have been pushed into burnout due to unrealistic expectations and constant pressure. Constructive feedback is treated as disloyalty, and those not fitting into the inner circle are sidelined or forced out.
