      One of the most exciting places to work in tech today

      Pros

      Outstanding, highly differentiated product; addresses fundamental pains that customers instantly recognise and badly want to solve. Hence exponential growth in past few years! Smart, energetic, friendly people - a genuine team ethos across the whole company. Seasoned management team driving a coherent and consistent strategy

      Cons

      Not really a con, but definitely a reality: a hyper growth company with constant change is not for everyone. Many of the negative reviews here are clearly from folk for whom this was not the right environment. Yes there is plenty of “spillage”; mistakes are made, bruises get picked up along the way - but the culture is very positive, teams are supportive and management is bringing good focus and stability HR processes are still immature and there is inconsistency in places in pay levels - the new CPO is taking good steps to address.

      Pros

      Great market opportunity, EPM is ready to be disrupted and Anaplan is among a few platforms that can really do this now. If you can lead and deliver, this is the place to be.

      Cons

      People keep changing again, and it takes time to make the new managers effective. As long as the results are good, they keep taking credit for the work done before. Direction and strategy must be cristal clear to everybody.

      We really appreciate your comments. We do know that transformation leads to lack of clear direction. Frank and team are working very hard to communicate clearly to both managers, and the whole company, our new direction with Customer First. We are excited of the progress we've made just this year, and both the leadership and HR are here to support you in any way we can.
