      Engineering culture has lost its sheen post IPO

      Pros

      Most Employees are very helpful and grounded. Great CEO and strong exec leadership team.

      Cons

      New mid-level engineering leadership at SF site which joined mid-late 2018 has instituted toxic culture and opportunistic politics which doesn't make it a good place to work anymore. There is enormous strain on the workforce and culture of imputing blame. Culture of isolation thereby slowly pushing out people from organization is underway.

      Pros

      Leadership is pretty flexible if you perform well. Its a very hard job and you have the opportunity to hone your prospecting skills because most of the opportunities you create are not through warm leads. Most of the AEs are seasoned reps, so there’s a good opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Lack of career progression and SDR comp plans don’t take in to consideration region. Depending where you land, you might have more opportunity to exceed quota.
