      Pros

      Anaplan has many great minds and great personalities. They are forward thinking and forward looking. I have a great feeling about being here and feel it a privilege to be amongst them.

      Cons

      Many of the pit-falls expected of being a company transitioning from being a start-up to being a corporate. Good news is that there is an appetite to change this, but it takes time and we are pushing hard to make that journey - but it won't be without its struggles and trying times.

      Pros

      The People, The Product, The Customers are all top notch. The culture is spot on: collaborative and hard working. Passionate about customer success. People genuinely love working there and working together. Every time Anaplan was faced with the choice of making more money or doing the right thing for the customer or employee they did the right thing. They celebrate victories too. The market opportunity is massive. So many different entry points to start a relationship with the customers. Good growth once you land too because the value is obvious to the customers.

      Cons

      Building a territory takes time and commitment, but once the fire is going you make money. Anaplan is focused in customer success and creating a positive culture.
