      Great company with some mid-management issues

      Pros

      Great company with a solid product, talented team with passion for what they do.

      Cons

      Mid-management is rather swampy. A significant number of mid-management level folks grew through the ranks due to their tenure with the company or due to their ability to navigate political waters, their professional level and management capabilities are way below what their roles require.

      Great people, great benefits/perks, varied projects to work through.

      Cons

      Management of remote workers is not good. Lack of clarity within pod as to who is meant to be doing what, and how. G&A functions are very top-heavy.

      - Most people were really nice, authentic, talented and engaged. - Decent benefits, great location in San Francisco, free breakfast once a week. - Product has potential - Opportunities to work on interesting projects.

      Cons

      - Didn't have great a 401K matching at that time. - A few individuals were toxic, super political - Change is constant and the communications needs to keep up to the pace. - No clear path to career growth
