      Pros

      You are given a lot of autonomy, & flexibility to get on with the tasks at hand, the software itself is excellent and adds value to customers, the pay & benefits are competitive, the people are a very nice bunch, the culture is something that is growing and being cultivated every day.

      Cons

      As the growth is so rapid, this may be off putting to some as you are expected to be adult about things and get on with the tasks at hand and be autonomous and entrepreneurial.

      Being part of a disruptive company that does things differently and where you can actually contribute directly to the success cannot be described in + or - points, you need to experience it!

      Exciting hyper-growth company with incredible potential

      Pros

      Bright people working on very interesting technical challenges. Really feels like we are pushing the boundaries and the trajectory of the business is very good. Being in a hyper growth company is exciting, lots of change, lots of energy and the new execs they brought in have really improved things. Culture is open, very collaborative. The York office is gorgeous, right next to the river in an old warehouse building. It definitely feels a bit like a trendy silicon valley company which you don't expect in yorkshire. Pay is very good for the area.

      Cons

      We have growing pains as you'd expect; a bunch of the technology needs redeveloping and there are some out-dated processes which are being re-imagined at the moment. There is a lot of change due to the fast growth which can make it a bit chaotic sometimes (but I kinda like that).
