      Pros

      What jumps out is that people are very nice and helpful. Anaplan invests greatly in all kinds of events and initiatives to bond us, and to respects each others needs, values, insights and beliefs.

      Cons

      At this moment I can't think of any. Sometimes it's challenging to combine American and European ways of working.

      Pros

      Great team, great flexibility in how you work. Decent incentives. With the recent acquisition agreement by Johnny Bravo, we'll see how it pans out.

      Cons

      Pay was not market value but stock made up for it. Since the company is going private to find the retirement of the board members, future compensation remains to be seen.

      Pros

      Unlike my previous jobs, we started as a small team and ever since it always felt like a family rather a typical corporate. Everybody helped each, everyone was approachable and right recognition was given in due time to everyone who deserved. Of course, on top of all - an amazing product.

      Cons

      Product need to be on their toes to be ahead of competitor's products. We can beat them only being better than them every point of time - even if fancy features are compromised, core functions has to be the best in the market for customers to choose our product as de facto connected planning tool.
