      Pros

      You will be working for the unconditional Planning market leader who is currently defining and reinventing this market. Period. Whoever rules this market in decades to come is unknown, but if you are willing to create value in the world's best Planning company of now, this company is called Anaplan.

      Cons

      It's tough to find a good fault with Anaplan as an employee - the company is ably adopting best practices across the board and quickly learns from its mistakes. I would mention the lack of entrepreneurial spirit compared to when I joined (in 2012-2014), but this seems to be the fate of any successful enterprise vendor becoming a grown-up.
