      Unprofessional handling of RIF

      Pros

      Platform was at one time leading edge but with the passing of time with little innovation and new competitors entering the market like Pigment they will be increasingly challenged to gain market share.

      Cons

      New management brought in by Thoma Bravo are myopically focused on short term profitability and therefore reducing the expenses associated with investing in R&D and people to the detriment of long term health.

      I can't think of any; working here is what I imagine hell to be like. I must have done something in a former life to receive this punishment.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture. This is the worst example of a toxic work culture and poor leadership I have ever experienced and I never thought it could be like this. If you have an opportunity to work on the Retail West team - don't.

      Pros

      A lot of great people still, particularly in IC and low level manager roles. This USED TO be an amazing place to work with industry leading salaries, generous equity/ benefits, fun workplace culture and a management team that trusted their employees

      Cons

      Almost impossible to get promoted, equity is a joke, pay is stagnant. Anyone who complains gets shown the door immediately. Constant turnover and reorg means a lot of ineffective managers who don't really know what they're doing. Confusing direction New management team has no personality and doesn't even bother to pretend to really care about the people/culture– the only messaging that comes across is that they are here to enrich TB and themselves along the way. For anyone thinking of joining, there is nothing in it for you...why deal with all of this just to make someone else money?
