      Pros

      Still good people to work with after recent mass layoff

      Cons

      TB(Thoma Bravo) has changed company culture upside down in the worst possible manner The board is only thinking about profit and thinking that one on one replacement with off shore(India) consultants will produce the same product output(which will never be the case) No upside on TB equity because of expensive acquisition Current and new US employees will be squeezed to max while working with off shore team

      Pros

      This place is not horrible, but not great either. They don't work you to death by expecting long hours every week. The pay is good and the benefits are good.

      Cons

      Some of the engineering managers have been here for years and had no clue what other engineering teams did. They did not know how to ask the security team to review something. They did not know how to file a bug report. One manager did not even know what a bug was. For a company that is all about enabling planning for other businesses, this one does not do a good job at planning. Projects are started with lots of fanfare and then work on the projects fizzles after a few months. It's better to complete a project than to start one. The company did a surprise re-org back in February. It was a big shakeup for what purpose I don't know. People ended up on teams where they did not fit in because of a skills mismatch. The re-org costed the company a lot of wasted effort.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are competitive. Worked with a few great people. The cons outweigh any other pros.

      Cons

      The worst company culture I have ever experienced. Leadership is rewarded for bad behavior. A constantly revolving c-suite that I have to assume is a reflection of the overall culture.
