      Pros

      Always lots of things going on, work with (some) cool technologies. Teams are encouraged to be autonomous and really own their bit of the stack. Culture within teams is really motivating.

      Cons

      Growing pains in transitioning from a startup into a 'normal' company. New processes and hierarchies are being tried out and it's a little distracting. Training's always offered and encouraged from the higher ups but in the day to day it never feels like you have the spare time to step out and take it.

      The culture of Anaplan has been slowly improving under the influence of our new CEO who seems to genuinely care about the employees and our customers. Great product Still have some really talented people at the company. Focus back on driving a positive culture Good benefits

      Cons

      Set back in our leadership team with the recent departure of our CMO who was the most energetic, passionate and entrepreneurial members of the current leadership team. The hope is that whoever follows in his footsteps will continue on the path that has been paved with the recent rebrand, hugely successful Hub Conference and ongoing marketing focus. Some of the wrong people in management roles which is driving good people to start looking elsewhere.
